Aman K. Sharma, Esq.

Aman Sharma founded the firm and is its responsible attorney. He is licensed in Delaware, Delaware Bar ID No. 5706, and he is a military veteran.

Before representing injured people, Aman worked as an attorney for an insurance company, where he appeared before judges and juries and saw how insurers evaluate and defend injury claims. How the Firm Works

Fees and case costs

We handle injury cases on a contingency fee of 33.33% of the recovery. No attorney's fee unless we recover, and we advance case costs. If we don't win, you owe nothing.

Case costs are the out-of-pocket expenses of building a claim, such as medical records, police reports, filing fees and expert reports. The firm pays those costs as the case goes along. If the case is won, the costs are reimbursed from the settlement or recovery. If the case is lost, the firm absorbs them and you owe nothing.

Fee percentages vary from firm to firm, so ask any lawyer you are considering to state theirs in writing.
