Meet Aman K. Sharma, Delaware Personal Injury Attorney

Aman K. Sharma, Esq. is a Delaware attorney, Delaware Bar ID No. 5706, and the founder of The Sharma Law Firm. He represents injured people across Delaware and stays on each case from the first call through settlement or suit.

Aman’s legal career began in online torrent-generated copyright infringement litigation. That work left Aman with an active interest in technology and the law, and he is a member of the Richard K. Herrmann Technology Inn of Court.

 As a former attorney for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Aman appeared before judges and juries and saw firsthand how insurance companies defend against paying claims to injured people.

 During law school, Aman clerked for the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, an experience that instilled a passion for advocating for victims of civil rights abuses. That experience led Aman to take on police misconduct lawsuits in Delaware on behalf of members of minority communities harmed by police brutality.

He serves as the Past Chair of the Delaware State Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section and is a member of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association. 

Beyond his role as a lawyer, Aman is a visual artist and a stand up comedian. He has traveled to all seven (7) continents and some fifty (50) countries in total. Aman is a military veteran, and The Sharma Law Firm is a veteran-owned firm. He was also a public school science teacher with Teach for America.
